What you Should Do

• Provide Information Promptly: We need accurate information to help us process your claim. Please provide the exact information we request promptly. • Death certificate and the funeral and burial expense receipts: If you can try to get the death certificate from the county coroner.  If this is not possible, we will obtain the death certificate for you.  Make sure you keep all receipts for funeral and burial expenses.
